It was a weekend of movies for me and what a mix of drama it was. For starters, on Saturday afternoon I saw the, not so great new “Hellboy” (that I would have passed on had I known better). After that and once at home, my lover popped in a sexy little movie he rented called “Teeth”.  Teeth is an indie horror movie about a girl who suffers with a condition called Vagina Dentata (that’s Pussy with Teeth for those of you who don’t speak Latin!). For those of you who haven’t heard about Teeth, this one is really all about understanding that you need to be respecting the pussy, because you could end up paying the ultimate price if you don’t. That’s right, having your cock bitten off is not a pretty thing. Needless to say, after watching Teeth the only thing I felt like watching was “The Big Lebowski” (thank God for cable and comedies). I capped off the weekend with “Wall-E” which I got to see at the El Capitan theater in Hollywood. What I loved most about Wall-E was its Green message to kids of all ages. Last but not least, you can’t go down to Hollywood without doing the walk of fame, where I promptly found Donald Trump’s star, took pictures with Spider-man and his alter ego and even got to top it all off with a Mickey Mouse kiss.  Last week was a fast and furious week filled with some very exciting high points that I wanted to share with you. I spent a good portion of my Monday preparing for a shoot I was doing on Tuesday for the Playboy TV show “69 sexy things 2 do before you die”. On my segment I trained a hot, fun loving couple on the benefits and joys of working out, by designed a sexercise routine specifically designed to help them  build up all of their love muscles. As a professional bodybuilder and erotic fitness model and personality, I’ve spent most of my adult life training and talking with people about the benefits of a balanced, fit and active lifestyle, both in the gym and out. So when I got the call from Playboy for a workout, I was all over it. From partner assisted stretches to my signature 69 push ups, my sexcercise routine is all about getting a good workout, connecting with your partner (for the right kind of motivation) and having fun! Dear Friends: I started the new month by having a meeting with gal pal Kira Reed. The last time I saw Kira, she was hosting a segment on my magazine, Muscle Elegance for the popular Playboy cable TV show, Sexcetera. Besides all of the fun we had working on the set, one of the things that struck me about her back then, was not only her amazing on-camera presence, but her ownership of her sexual feminine power. I can hardly believe its been over 6 years since we met and here we are talking about another segment for a new show she’s producing for Playboy TV called “69 Sexy things to do before you die”. Beautiful, talented, intelligent and empowered are just a few of the words that come to mind when you meet a woman like Kira. Needless to say, I am looking forward to working with her again. Dear diary, I’m back into serious training as I prep for several up coming shoots. I’m very excited about some great projects I have coming up including a shoot I’m doing for Playboy TV (stay tuned for more details on that soon). I am also currently in the planning stages of our next Muscle Elegance Magazine shot <yum>. So far our list of upcoming models will include the beautiful Kim Birtch, Melody Spetko, Amber Deluca, Nuriey Sener and Melissa Dettwiller. Dear Friends: I’m playing and working in the desert this holiday weekend. The cool thing about being in a new place like Palm Springs, is that a new enviornment always excites the senses. First my lover and I memorialized our day with a 3 AM round of dirty talk (call us creative creatures at heart <smile>), followed by a yummy orgasm and a little more sleep. A delicious snooze followed by a morning walk surrounded by amazing desert plants and beautiful mountains gets the heart pumping in a different way and something I highly recommend as your very own personal fitness expert <wink/wink>. Even though I am always working, as I am now, it’s important to remember that recreational time is super important even for us AmBITCHious types.  Dear Diary, Last night was spent chilling out at home listening to Led Zepplin live. This may sound crazy but I have only just now been fully introduced to all of the music those guys made. Being raised in New York meant I was raised mostly on Motown, R&B, Latin Music and top 40 stuff. The truth is I love all kinds of music and hot Sex and Rock’n Roll is just the tip of a very yummy iceberg for me! <smile>

Dear Diary, Its my birthday today and I can’t wait to have my cake and eat it too! I’ve gotten so many beautiful emails, cards, text messages, facebook and myspace posts, that I could cry! And, I am reminded about how lucky I am to have such beautiful people in my life. As if that wasnt enough, I also get to share my birthdate with my beautiful twin sister Alice. A truly extraordinary woman and very special friend. Happy Birthday Alice, I love you!
