I got a new video cam and ran a bunch of tests that failed, failed, failed and failed again. BOOOOOOOOO!
Yes I am disappointed and I am returning yet another web camera I bought to see if I could find a better solution to broadcasting my show. That said, I am not giving up on finding a better solution. I know all about fighting my way through difficult and challenging technical problems because I have been in business for over 25 years. Please check the member live cam page for a new poll I am posting today. I need your feedback on next steps. In the meantime I continue to ferret out my next best option and I will be posting the live cam show replacement video tonight. Thanks for hanging in there with me. xoxo D

We are officially two weeks away from the Arnold’s Sports festival 2019 in Columbus, Ohio. I do hope we get to meet you there. I will be at the Muscle Pinups booth with lots of wonderful IFBB Pro and NPC women athletes. And we will be doing the Super Shero Saturday costume / Cosplay again this year. I debated about posting about this scary, humbling, humiliating, anxiety producing experience and here I am. Post colonoscopy screening, I was still feeling a little high from the anesthesia in this picture. WHAT A STRANGE 🙈🤦🏻♀️CRAPPY AND IMPORTANT TEST TO TAKE.
I went in telling myself it’s been 50 years of eating and digesting OMG!!! You eat and live consciously, I assured ,myself, but I also know that early screening is the key to preventing bad health diagnoses and so here I am. I’m normal, the news is good and the worst part was the prep and anxiety. I got good care, I am grateful and I will go back for another screening as prescribed. I hope by sharing this humbling experience I might encourage you all to take care on the daily and to get your check ups done. I know they can be scary as fuck, but you can handle it and you are worth it.
