I spent time this weekend doing my very first rock climbing class and loved it. Honestly, my forearms got so pumped I felt like Popeye and my nails didn’t mix well with the hard rock and ledges either but it was fun. You learn how to use the harness, make a good knot and you make sure you have a good partner, and then you climb all the way up using your arms, back and legs and you repel all the way down. This was fun!
