The Florida weather makes shooting and posing outdoors extra, extra hot, but that doesn’t bug me because the more pumped my muscle gets and the more I sweat, the better I think my muscles look. In the end, the perfect place for this photo and video shoot is my personal kiddy pool on the front lawn. Don’t you just love my fins! The rest of the set just got posted to my members area here.

After a great workout this morning it was off to the office for a morning filled with appointments, followed by good old fashion office organization. It felt great to get into the office complete tasks and move things into filing cabinets. I got back on track with my morning hike yesterday, but never made it into the gym for my workout because the office just wouldn’t wait any longer. I’m not happy about missing yesterdays workout, but that’s OK, because today is a new day. I guess I’ll just have to take on Tuesday with my Back workout and do a naked workout during my live cam show on Thursday of this week. Can I get a spot? <wink/wink> Denise

I got so many sweet comments on my last post wearing my favorite red robe that I decided to post this second picture. In this picture I am actually showing off my red toenails in a pair of shoes I sold to one of my favorite people.
