I had a hard time starting my car after letting her sit for two weeks, so I took her into the shop for some maintenance. My mechanic said, “Denise, a high performance, high powered car needs to be run”. I said, “Yep, I get it… its just like its owner”. Treat your car like you treat your body, regular checkups and let her run!
Halloween is right around the corner and I’m crazy with excitement. I know exactly what it is about this holiday that makes me want to cream my panties too!
I love reinventing myself and on this holiday I have the freedom to do it as publicly as I want to. As a bodybuilder I use my body as a creative form of expression. As a performer I enjoy bringing different characteristics of who I am to life and that’s why I love doing the shoots and videos and live cam shows and working with all of the amazing female bodybuilders and athletes that I work with. Even if you are not a trick or treater, dare to don something a little fun, a little crazy and A LITTLE WILD, and celebrate!

I drove into the desert last night to find the Las Vegas strip burning bright. After an afternoon of meetings at the Orleans (the official host hotel of the Olympia) I made my way back to my room to relax for the night. The energy in this city is always electric but when the bodybuilders, fitness, figure and bikini competitors and their fans role into town, the Las Vegas strip lights seem to burn a little brighter. I just love watching the reactions on peoples faces when they find themselves surrounded by a sea of people built like Greek God’s and Goddesses. The Olympia 2010 has officially begun and it’s going to be a great weekend.
Wanna know what a day in the life of Denise is like? First I reach over to my lover to check for wood, I like knowing that my man is hard for me first thing in the morning. It’s one of the things about men that I’ve always loved. A quick trip to the washroom and I strut back into the bedroom naked. He’s still up but he’s not ready to get out of bed, so I promptly reach for the rod (you know the one that is supposed to protect me and comfort me) and I suck and nibble and stroke. I have him in the palm of my hands, right where he belongs . It’s a beautiful day and I don’t want to waste a second of its productive potential and I don’t want him to either, so it’s a “good morning, time to rise and shine and go for a walk”. I hop out of bed and start to put my socks and sneakers on for a good round of cardio before the rest of the day gets underway.

I went clothes shopping yesterday and ended up making a new friend. The sales girl who was helping me with sizes was so into the way my body looked in the sexy outfits I tried on, that she decided to step into my fitting room to hang out with me so that she could ask me for fitness tips. She was a super sweet girl and so cute, that I didn’t mind spending extra time giving her advise on training. I think I may have created a future female bodybuilder in the process. 🙂
Life is an adventure. Try something new this weekend and commit to going after something you really want. This was my first time driving an ATV through some pretty rough terrain. Big boulders, some pretty big bumps, winding roads through the woods and even a small ditch found me close to losing control as I took on the unknown road. But in the end, I had a ton of fun, learned to drive that beast and grew in the process.
I recently did a photo shoot with Elisa aka the Sexy Muscle Bitch and during the shoot she gave me, what has become my all time favorite T-shirt. I just love this! And I also loved working with Elisa – she is not only a hot new muscle chick, she is also a really super woman.
