Start your day with a walk and some posing before breakfast. Now’s the best time to stay on a workout routine 🙂

Twist me, turn me, pull me, push me. Lay on top of me, walk all over me for fuck sake! I love it and I’ll be back for more! 🙂 That’s what I like to hear… but this time, I’m saying it 😉 I just got out of a 1 hour Thai/Swedish massage session and my body is still floating. Massage does a body and mind good…now I’m working on my happy ending. Mmmm xoxo Denise
Wow, I can hardly believe it. The House actually passed a health care reform bill. What a fantastic step forward. There is now hope for a better health care system in America. Now all we need is some stronger campaign finance reform so that we don’t have to worry about whether or not our elected officials are making decisions and passing legislation based on financially based alliances with huge corporate interests. Congratulations to all of the people that have worked so hard on making this happen, including the millions of Americans who have made their voices heard. Wishing you and yours the wealth that is health. Denise
Would you agree with the statement “Health is wealth”? I certainly do. When you have it, you just can’t help but take it fore-granted. But when you think about it, it’s really not a smart idea to assume that you will always be healthy. Working out, making good lifestyle choices are all essential to our wellness, quality of life and longevity. But even making the right choices doesn’t guarantee us health. So the smart thing to do is insure yourself, just in case something unexpected should happen or come up. I have paid for my own medical insurance for almost 16 years now. Each year my premiums go up and my insurance goes down with a new group of waivers that my insurance company always seems to add with each renewal. I always thought that I had decent coverage because my insurance agent always told me so and warned me to hold on to my plan at all cost. What I started to realize about 5 years ago, and what hit home more this year, is that as I get older, my insurance company is asking me to pay more, while giving me less coverage.
Does that mean that when I need my insurance the most I will ultimately end up with less then I need, even after investing in my own medical coverage with the same company for over 15 to 20 years? I’m hoping I won’t ever need my medical insurance and I do what I can to stay healthy and fit, but as I get older and I keep paying my insurance premiums, shouldn’t I feel comfortable knowing that I have made the right choices by investing in a long term relationship with my medical insurance company? Why do I have this awful feeling that even though I have paid my dues, month after month, year after more expensive year that I won’t have the coverage and protection I think I do. That I wont have the coverage I have paid so much and so long for. Think about that, I know I am. In closing, I really hope to see a public option that will allow Americans to be healthier, stronger and ultimately more productive and independent. Wishing you and yours the wealth that is health! xoxo Denise
With all of the holiday and work related hustle and bustle I can’t always make it to the gym, but that doesn’t mean I’m not still working my body. When I can’t get to the gym there are still lots of ways to work up a good hot sweat. This chin up bar is one of my favorite home workout tools and if you use it like I do, it also makes a great play tool too! 🙂

I have a new chin up bar and I love it. It’s a great piece of equipment to hang in your home and enjoy for so many different uses. Where else can you find a piece of equipment that allows you to work your back, shoulders, arms , abdominal, allows you to stretching your muscles and can also be used as a sex swing? Just think of the possibilities! 🙂 xoxo Denise
I mailed in my vote this morning because I won’t be in Florida on election day and then proceeded to do my cardio to start my day properly. It was a great way for me to start my day, and I highly recommend that all Americans do the same. Besides you never know what you will discover during your walk. Just look at what I found <smile> xoxo Denise
Last week was a fast and furious week filled with some very exciting high points that I wanted to share with you. I spent a good portion of my Monday preparing for a shoot I was doing on Tuesday for the Playboy TV show “69 sexy things 2 do before you die”. On my segment I trained a hot, fun loving couple on the benefits and joys of working out, by designed a sexercise routine specifically designed to help them build up all of their love muscles. As a professional bodybuilder and erotic fitness model and personality, I’ve spent most of my adult life training and talking with people about the benefits of a balanced, fit and active lifestyle, both in the gym and out. So when I got the call from Playboy for a workout, I was all over it. From partner assisted stretches to my signature 69 push ups, my sexcercise routine is all about getting a good workout, connecting with your partner (for the right kind of motivation) and having fun! Stay tuned for more info on when the show is scheduled to air, along with more sexy sexercise tips from your very own erotic fitness trainer. – Denise
I’m six weeks away from my next big photo shoot, so training is a top priority. That means two rounds of aerobics and approximately 45 minutes of weight training per day.
