It’s a busy day as I prep for a wedding I’m going to this evening. Doing cardio ( so that I can justify having some cake), making my good-for-you breakfast and running out the door as I prep for the wedding. Have a great weekend friends. xoxo Denise
Just got a new bike to help make my cardio more fun. Now instead of walking in the morning for 45 minutes I am riding my bike for 60 minutes, all because I like the way the seat feels on my clitty 🙂 It’s all about finding ways to make cardio and workouts fun! Happy bumps day! xoxo Denise

The benefits of stretching
I believe that challenging yourself a little each day is an essential part of growth and success in life. Regardless of how well you do, or even if you fail, it’s important to challenge yourself because in the end, you always get something good out of each challenge. Today, I recommend that you challenge yourself by doing 15 to 30 minutes of stretching exercises. And then do it again tomorrow. Ugh, ohh, mmmm, hey that actually feels really good, is what I’m guessing you will say. For me, stretching helps me deal with tight muscles and stress release, and is actually very erotic. All you have to do is remember to breath nice, long deep breaths to help your muscles relax as you stretch. Even though I am posting a sexy picture of me stretching with this post (to help motivate some of you), I’m serious about the benefits of stretching. The truth is, stretching promotes better circulation and we all know how good that is for maximum blood flow and volume 😉 Wishing you the wealth that is good health. xoxo Denise Masino

I just love going to the gym to workout. Part of it is how training makes me feel, part of it is how training makes me look and part of it is how training helps me think. I am frequently so focused on my business and projects that I can easily get lost in my thoughts and in the day to day challenges that come with business and life. Going to the gym and working out is like going to church in a way. My workouts can be analogized as a religious experience in what they do for me. The gym is a place that I go to each day to improve my fitness, to maintain my health and to clear my mind and collect my thoughts. In the right gym you are surrounded by people who are all there feeding off of each others positive energy.
After my aerobic workout, I like to go to the local Farmers Market for locally grown seasonal fruit, vegetables and flowers. Most of what’s grown in California is organic which is also a plus because all of the preservatives and pesticides used in our processed, pre-packaged foods have been shown to contribute to many diseases like cancer. And, today, I had a blast running with the herd in the petting zoo they set up.

I’ve never, ever, gone to the gym for a workout and walked out of the gym saying “I wish I hadn’t done that”. Working out always makes me feel good. Today I rocked a back workout, threw in a couple of abdominal exercises and hit the steps for 20. And now I’m ready to get back to the office 🙂 Work it friends, and be sure to share the results, you’re bound to inspire more than yourself.

It’s almost 9pm my time and I still have to get to the gym to train my arms…an ambitious woman’s work is never done! Did you get your workout in today?
I got into the gym late today, but my back workout felt great. Sometimes you go into the gym and you feel like you are part of the machine. The movement is smooth, you feel strong and you sense that your body is thanking you for testing it. For pushing it to new heights, for helping it grow stronger. My body craves the stimulation and I love the results…all of them! xoxo Denise
My glutes and my legs are sore. I got back into the gym this week, starting on Monday with a back workout, chest workout on Tuesday and then Leg workout yesterday. In between I have been hiking the mountains so my entire body is tight and sore. Yummmmmmmmmm
