The benefits of stretching

I believe that challenging yourself a little each day is an essential part of growth and success in life.  Regardless of how well you do, or even if you fail, it’s important to challenge yourself because in the end, you always get something good out of each challenge. Today, I recommend that you challenge yourself  by doing 15 to 30 minutes of stretching exercises. And then do it again tomorrow. Ugh, ohh, mmmm, hey that actually feels really good,  is what I’m guessing you will say.  For me, stretching helps me deal with tight muscles and stress release, and is actually very erotic. All you have to do is remember to breath nice, long deep breaths to help your muscles relax as you stretch.  Even though I am posting a sexy picture of me stretching with this post (to help motivate some of you),  I’m serious about the benefits of stretching. The truth is, stretching promotes better circulation and we all know how good that is for maximum blood flow and volume 😉  Wishing you the wealth that is good health.  xoxo Denise Masino

Would you please post the RSS feed address for the new blog like you did for the old one. Much easier for us to follow new posts.

    Thanks!

Thanks for the RSS to the Blog.

You also had a second RSS feed “Comments for Denise Masino Blog” so we could easily see any post rather then dig through the comments links.

I got a gym membership. Start working out tomorrow. Thanks to you. Look forward to seeing you next year at the Arnold’s Classics. I have two suggestions. 1. Have a contest where a fan can date you or one of your girlfriends. (I would chose you ) 2. Make two types of calendars one of single pictures of you only and then each of your. Friends get their own calendar. The second type is a collaboration of you and your friends.
