Yes I am that annoying family member and friend!
Keep moving friends…how fast, how far doesn’t matter if you are just starting out. Consistency is the name of the game for success. And, you can work your way up slowly. Fasted walking cardio seasons of 45-60 minutes is an example of what I do to burn belly fat.
