Archive for 2012
From Las Vegas to Los Angeles following the 2012 Olympia weekend. Today was a day of travel. These are just a few images from the expo, with more photos of the people and the fun I had while I was there. I’m turning in early so that I can start my day with a run first thing in the morning. I am officially 27 days away from my challenge and 40 % of the way towards my goal. Train like a warrior!
A quick photo essay from today’s 2012 Olympia Expo festivities. Denise Masino with her Muscle Pinup’s models, Debbie Bramwell, Elisa Costa and Jennifer. At the VPX Sports booth, thanking my team sponsors in person for their generous support for the Warrior Dash for St Jude Children’s Hospital fund raiser. And with the one and only Ronnie Coleman, a great man and a good friend.
I’m headed to Las Vegas for this years Mr. and Ms. Olympia competition and I look forward to spending time with all of my fans and friends at the expo on Friday and Saturday. Seeing all of the amazing professional women and men bodybuilders, and all of the fitness stars is always a thrilling and inspiring experience, but meeting the fans is where I get my biggest charge. Find me at the Europa booth on Friday, September 28th and Saturday, September 29th. I’ll have 8×10’s, and specials on my DVD’s and, I will be available for photos. For those who are traveling, be safe and for those who can’t make it this year I will be posting images for you following the event.
xoxo

In a few days I will be heading out to Las Vegas for this years Olympia and I hope to meet you there, but if you can’t make it, you can follow me via my Denise_Masino twitter account or via Facebook by liking my page here.
This is my body on my new training program. After over 25 years of training and doing cardio for my sport of bodybuilding, I am excited about challenging myself and my body to perform in a new type of competition. I did lot’s of flexing during last weeks member cam show, so you can judge for yourself how my female muscles are responding to my new workout routine. Make no mistake about it, I am a woman bodybuilder and an athlete at heart, and no matter how I change my training, my muscles seem to be happy and ready for a big pump. Stay tuned for details on how my new training progresses and try to gift yourself at least 30 minutes a day of physical activity. xoxo Denise
Yesterdays member muscle webcam show was a lot of fun and I just want to take a few moments to thank everyone who could make it. For those that couldn’t be there, you will find the entire show archived in my library so that you can enjoy it when you have the time. My training is going well and today I’m celebrating the completion of a 1 mile and a 1/2 mile run interval. I’m not an avid runner, but I am a determined warrior. I’m busting out of my running slumber just as I did with the pantyhose I’m wearing in these photos. My legs and gluts feel like they could explode out of my pantyhose actually! Enjoy the sample and log on for the entire package.
I love training in the gym but for the next 6 weeks I’m changing things up and going Warrior Style. More interval runs, more cross training as I prepare for my Warrior Dash 5k for St Jude Children’s Hospital. Watch me push and get in on the action with a donation that sponsors me for St Jude!
You can give as little or a lot at www.active-ism.com – every penny counts and I need your support.
I will be posting my training pictures along with my sexy photos. A girl’s gotta have fun, after-all!
First I have to thank everyone who made it to my members live web cam show tonight, I had a VERY good time in my flesh colored bikini and my new hairstyle. You’ll get to see the entire show in my archive library starting tomorrow and I’d love to hear from you about it. Here’s a sample picture from one of this weeks photo sets.
I had a most unusual evening last night when I found a humming bird at the foot of the sliding doors to my house. It was clear that she was disoriented and may have been injured, so I made a few calls and got some advise on how to try to help her. What followed was a bit of a comedy as I attempted to gently house and feed my new little friend. Turns out I was dealing with a female adult Anna Hummingbird. I was able to feed her a little sugar water and box her well enough to keep her safe through the night and deliver her to the recommended Humane Society that has a woman who specializes in treating and rehabilitating hummingbirds. This was both stressful and exciting and now I just hope that she ends up being alright. 🙂
My member muscle cam show is tomorrow Friday 9/7 at 4:30 Et, 1:30 Pt, 10:30 pm CET. We have tons to talk about including my new workout and how my body is looking after a week of a new series of challenges. I hope you will join me.
