This is my body on my new training program. After over 25 years of training and doing cardio for my sport of bodybuilding, I am excited about challenging myself and my body to perform in a new type of competition. I did lot’s of flexing during last weeks member cam show, so you can judge for yourself how my female muscles are responding to my new workout routine. Make no mistake about it, I am a woman bodybuilder and an athlete at heart, and no matter how I change my training, my muscles seem to be happy and ready for a big pump. Stay tuned for details on how my new training progresses and try to gift yourself at least 30 minutes a day of physical activity. xoxo Denise

are you going to compete in Physique? Have trainer/competing friend who said that’s the hot stuff right now. you’d dominate in that category! but I don’t want to see you get too small ;0

Thank you for the kind posts and with such great confidence, I love it. To answer your question Scarface, I do not have plans to compete at this time. I am focused on my goal of completing my training and challenge for the 5k Warrior Dash for St Jude. After that, I will know better what’s next. Tomorrow I start running again. I hope you will cheer me on and don’t worry, so far my body seems to like my new training routine. xoxo Denise
