HP Surprise

Dear Diary, After a year of dealing with my HP laptop issues and getting almost no help from so many of the companies support staff, I was finally assigned a customer support manager who made a difference. Yesterday morning I got a call from my new case manager telling me that I would be getting a new laptop to replace the monster I’ve been living with. I wont have the new computer for about two weeks and to be honest a piece of me doesnt believe its true. I am really pleased , surprised and I cant wait to see what happens next!
