It’s Saturday and that makes it Abdominal day. Take 1 hour out of your day and get down on the floor for a yummy stretching session and some crunches. Remember to take nice long deep breaths.

Are you wondering where I’ve been? The truth is that I’ve been digging deep into my project work load and this week we completed the editing of “Kinky Clits III“, scheduled to be released some time in March. It’s got some very interesting new ladies showing off their gorgeous muscles and bulging panties. In addition, I’ve been getting ready for this years Arnold Sports Festival, March 4-6 in Columbus, Ohio. This year I will be at my own Muscle Pinups booth with Marina Lopez and Elisa Costa and look forward to seeing all of my friends in Columbus. This is going to be a year to remember. If you’re going to the show let’s meet up and if you can’t make it, don’t worry. I will be posting lot’s of pictures and maybe some video from my hotel room.
I can be so demanding sometimes, but that’s how it goes when your a female bodybuilder. It’s best to just give me what I want, and give me a lot of it. I spent a couple of hours at the LA Fitness Expo yesterday and had a blast walking around and watching some of the competitions and demonstrations. It’s a good thing that I know how to handle myself because this sumo wrestler was looking for a volunteer and I didn’t really feel like taking my boots off. The truth is he was a great guy and it was fun to watch him flicking guys off like fleas. On a separate note, I’m going to be doing my members live sexy muscle cam show tomorrow night Feb. 1st @ 10:30 pm Et, 7:30 pm Pt. so remember to log on for some hot, live female muscle fun! 
With the 83rd Annual Academy Award show coming up, I’m trying to see as many of the best picture nominees for Oscars as I can because I like hosting Oscar parties with close friends and competing to see who can predict the most Oscar winners. Tonight I went to see “The Kings Speech” starring Colin Firth, as King George VI of England, and Geoffrey Rush, as Lionel Logue his eccentric speech therapist. All I can say about this film is SEE IT NOW. The performances by Colin Firth and Geoffrey Rush are fun, funny, heartwarming, inspiring and real. This is a story of the healing power of friendship and courage. We all deal with challenges, fears and insecurities and whether we fail or succeed, it’s the courage with which we face our hardest times and biggest fears and the people we have around us that matters most. I loved everything about this film. And what a pleasure to see Helena Bohnam-Carter’s true beauty shine through. It’s no surprise that all three of these actors are nominated for an Oscar and that The Kings Speech has a whopping 12 Oscar nominations. I hope you enjoy this inspiring true story as much as I did.
I can’t help but say I want to see Colin Firth and Geoffrey Rush win Oscars for their amazing and inspiring performances in The King’s Speech. I watched the movie with a smile on my face, clapped when it was over and left the theater feeling inspired by the power of courage and friendship.
When I’m in a rush I jump into a shower but when I want to really relax I slide into a super hot tub. Last week was a very hectic week and by the end of the weekend I was ready for a slow sexy bath. Now all I need are your fingers working on my tight muscles 🙂 Yep, Im loving my tub!
Im am very sorry to report that we are still dealing with our server upgrade and that although we are 99% complete with our move and upgrades, the live cam show platform is not quite ready to roll just yet. That means I wont be able to do my scheduled live cam show this evening because the platform is not ready. And yes that also means that I will be allover my tech boys. It’s a good thing the gym is close and has lots of heavy machinery for me to take my frustrations out on, just think…it could be you I’m coming home to 😉

Server and design upgrades mixed with some crazy server glitches made this weekend a real roller coaster ride and I don’t like Roller Coasters!!!! Having said that, we are back on track and I’m doing what I do best, training hard, working hard and playing hard. Three plus inches hard 😉
