Yesterday I mentioned how much I love watching my friend Charles, a young older gentleman who does his cardio on the treadmill dancing the entire time. To my delight he spends his 45 minutes doing the Samba, the Cha Cha Cha, the Rumba and the Waltz to name a few types of dance moves he does. Today I accepted an invitation to let him teach me how to ballroom dance on the treadmill. So tomorrow at noon, I will be training to be a treadmill ballroom dancer! Here is an example of the sort of treadmill dancing that people do. This will NOT be what we will look like, ha ha ha, but you get the picture.  Wish me luck!

I’ve been crazy busy with work, my mud run training prep and shooting new sexy muscle videos and photos for you. Sometimes my demanding schedule makes it hard to stay in touch on my blog but I’m always thinking of you. And I am always working on new stuff to show you too. My next live member cam show is next Friday and I’m thinking we should just take a shower together. This morning I got back on track with my running intervals as I prep for my Oct. 10th, St Jude Warrior Dash run and I decided to periscope my running start. While I was doing my warm up and blabbing on periscope I got surprised by a brown snake that looks like this guy! Everyone watching me on periscope got the benefit of that hilarious turn of events. A few minutes later and while I was still freaked out by the snake, I was confronted by an otter running across the road in front of me. Needless to say I didn’t need anyone there to make me run after that! And my heart rate increased automatically! If you want to see what happened and get a good laugh, check out periscope! Bottom line, I did my running and sweating…and it goes in the win column!
