           After seeing the printing presses in State of Play I started thinking about what it was like for me to publish Muscle Elegance Magazine. Filled with a sense of nostalgia for the entire printing process, I got to feeling all warm and fuzzy as I thought about what it was like to be on the print runs reviewing and approving the color of the pages as they came off the presses. Muscle Elegance Magazine is no longer in print but our website (www.muscleelegancemag.com ) has been growing online for many years. Loaded with hot muscle women, we are in the process of doing a complete re-model of the site that I am super pumped about. Check out the pictures I found of me at one of our print runs. I went to the movies to see State of Play last night.  With a title like that, I just had to see it 🙂  The plot combined with some wonderful performances by Crowe, Rachel McAdams, Jason Batemen and Helen Mirren kept me completely entertained. Crowe and McAdams play newspaper journalist who uncover a story with some interesting twists and turns worth watching. xoxo Denise

I didn’t have the pleasure of spending any time with my mother today but I made sure I talked to her on the phone and let her know how grateful I feel to have her in my life.  Hug all the great mom’s you know! xoxo Denise

I love Ceasar Milan’s the Dog Whisperer! It has to be my favorite Friday night show. Rehabilitating dogs and training people, you’ve gotta love it. I don’t currently have any pets (except for my lucky dog <wink/wink>), but I’m a big time animal lover and I love watching Ceasar teach people about the importance of maintaining a calm, assertive state. Setting boundaries, limitations and providing the right amount of discipline, exercise and training are all keys to a very happy home life. OK, so I’m no longer talking about handling pets 😉  Have a great weekend! xoxo Denise

I had a lunch date with Lonnie Teper today. Lonnie is one of Ironman Magazines writers and a long time friend. We met at the Cheesecake Factory and talked non-stop for hours. In fact we had so much to catch up on, I dont remember eating lunch, but I do remember the banana cream cheese cake we shared. Yum!  An hour and a half later my butt was in the gym training legs and working off my cheese cake 🙂  xoxo Denise

Happy Cinco De Mayo Amigos. Cinco De Mayo is a day that commemorates the success of the Mexican army in a battle against the French on this day in 1862. The coolest thing about this victory is that the Mexican army was the underdog in a battle that they were significantly out numbered and under equiped to fight. Although its not a big holiday in Mexico, we love  a party and so, Happy Cinco De Mayo!
