Tomorrow I run in my first Warrior Dash 5k Obstacle course mud run. I will lead a team of 18 warriors for St Jude Children’s Hospital. We are officially $900 away from our goal of $15,000. We are close, but we are not there yet. I  know you don’t want to see me stop until I have accomplished my goal and so, until I am in and out of the mud, I will keep on pushing. I’m headed to Las Vegas for this years Mr. and Ms. Olympia competition and I look forward to spending time with all of my fans and friends at the expo on Friday and Saturday. Seeing all of the amazing professional women and men bodybuilders, and all of the fitness stars is always a thrilling and inspiring experience, but meeting the fans is where I get my biggest charge. Find me at the Europa booth on Friday, September 28th and Saturday, September 29th. I’ll have 8×10’s, and specials on my DVD’s and, I will be available for photos. I went to see The Avengers last weekend and LOVED IT. My favorite characters included Robert Downey Jr. as Iron man (did I mention I love him?) and Mark Ruffalo as the Hulk (amazing actor). I thoroughly enjoyed the Black Widow with all her feminine power of persuasion but I have to admit that it was Iron Man and the Hulk that made me love the movie most. I don’t want to give anything away for anyone who hasn’t seen the movie, but my last comment about the superheroes was that I love Stan Lee for making his heroes so human.  My only complaint, is that I had a woman sitting next to me who squealed like Pee Wee Herman throughout the entire movie. I really wanted her to have fun, but she was making me a little crazy 🙂 For a super good time, take a friend and your family to see The Avengers. And watch out for Pee Wee Herman’s! 😉

I hope you are giving the appropriate amount of thanks for all of the good things in your life. I am already working on my Xmas list for Santa so that he knows what it will take to please me.
