My Birthday was interrupted a few times but it could not be cancelled. Your messages, your emails, your cards and your love and support make me so grateful and these are the greatest gifts a person can have. There will be cake! And there will be a cam show coming up. Dear friends, This is a quick update to let you know that I’m following doctors orders and doing everything I can to get rid of the virus that decided I would make a good host. It’s been a week of lot’s of tea, soup, sleep and medication to help my body fight off the unwanted viral invader, and I am thankful that I do feel better. Also, Thank You to everyone who sent me get well emails and messages and for all of the lovely Birthday wishes too. I’m not feeling well enough to do a live member cam yet, but I will be logging into the live cam page for a text conversation tonight, Friday 5/5/2023 at 9pm ET / 6pm PT. So one minute you’re minding your own business, training, working and taking care of stuff, (including planning a birthday celebration) and BAM! You start feeling kinda funky, and not in a good James Brown kinda funky way. So, just to be safe you start wearing your mask, (to protect the innocent) you isolate yourself and you get a Covid antigen home test and BAM AGAIN! You wake up in a “Cold Sweat” and it’s not in a good James Brown kinda way either! You tested positive for Covid and the list of symptoms grows, and you realize you need to “Get on Up” to urgent care. Needless-to-say, I did not wake up on the “Good Foot” for my 55th Birthday yesterday. Anyway, this all started last Friday and I was really hoping that I could just lay low for a few days and “Hit It and Quit It” with Covid, but then again, you know what the people say! “That’s life”, you’re riding high in April and shot down in May.”
That said, today I’m feeling a lot better and I will continue to follow doctors orders so that I can “Get Up Offa That Thing” and “Give It Up Or Turn It Loose.” <wink> The celebration has not been canceled, it has only been postponed so stay tuned & #staypumped #lovedrop in your corner of the world. xoxo Denise

I’m sorry to report that I am sick and I have to cancel tomorrows live member cam show. I was hoping to do an early birthday celebration tomorrow, but we will have to do a belated birthday celebration. I’m hoping it’s just a bad cold and I promise to drink my fluids and rest so that I can get rid of this bug ASAP. xo Denise

So I understand that Mercury is in retrograde for the next few weeks. And some believe that that means that communication and progress will slow down and even go backwards. To be honest I feel like Mercury has been in retrograde for months now. That said, finding a way to frame this in a way that works for those of us who might be affected is important.
