Prepare for the worst and hope for the best or Stay Calm and Keep Your Tail Feathers Moving. And so, I have been on the move for the last few days getting things ready, watching the weather news and making moves. It’s amazing how physically demanding storm preparations are. Even if you are not moving a lot, the body holds on to the stresses of the mind and so I get the concept of the duck.

Moving from one todo list item to the next and I’m grateful for my iced coffee, my workouts and the AC among other things. It’s been a complicated week of techie type issues but I’m working my way through it and when I feel like I want an extra pick-me-up, I take another lick of that left over ice-cream I have in the freezer. To my friends in Hawaii I hope you and your communicatees are all safe from the fires. And to those of you fighting the hot weather and heat, I hope you are all staying well hydrated and cool. xo D

I have shared these words by the late great tennis champion “Arthur Ashe” before and I remind myself over and over again about the power of simply starting. I was bummed out that the live cams how didn’t work on Saturday, but I’m looking forward to our visit this coming Saturday. The weather has been incredibly hot over the last few weeks and not in a sexy fun kind of way like these fun hot sauces either! So, if you are in an area dealing with heat waves and intense high temperatures, I hope you can find a way to stay cool and safe. Yesterday was chest day at the gym and does anybody else also think that today is Monday? LOL. Anyway I hope you had a nice Independence Day. I worked a portion of the day and I enjoyed some family time too. Also, I wanted to update members on the status of my most recent live cam show archive. I am currently waiting on my tech help to post the archive to the members area. The show did archive successfully and should be up soon! I’m behind on my email responses! Please be patient as I deal with power and internet outages again this week. The fact is we are still dealing with a lot of hurricane related problems and repairs that have still not been addressed. We are 8 months post Ian and officially entering hurricane season again and we are far from recovered from last years weather disaster. Thank you for our patience and understanding and I hope to get my email work updated in the next several days. Love D

My Birthday was interrupted a few times but it could not be cancelled. Your messages, your emails, your cards and your love and support make me so grateful and these are the greatest gifts a person can have. There will be cake! And there will be a cam show coming up.
