Hello friends, So this weeks live member cam show archive is not up on the site for viewing YET! But I am feeling confident that the last member cam show will go live on the Archive page soon. I am waiting for feedback from my programmer to confirm the quality is good. I was really happy to be able to do our weekly happy hour cam show. It was a successful and fun show! We have some more things to tweak so the work continues. Thanks to all who joined me and have given me feedback on the experience. This cartoon cracks me up because the truth is that sometimes solving problems almost always includes doing things you wish you didn’t have to do. And when the issues are complex and multi-leveled, it can be daunting. The fact of the matter is you just have to take one step at a time and that’s what I’m doing. So the comcast technician set up another new modem today and following more internet connectivity and speed tests I have also ordered a new ethernet adapter and cable. Upgrading equipment is all a part of the process of elimination related to solving problems that are complex! These moves should get my side of things working smoothly and as soon as I get the new cables in I will be setting up this weeks member cam happy hour get together. I’m watching the snow storms and harsh weather affecting so many of you during this time and I pray that you see calmer, warmer weather right away. I hope that everyone dealing with power outages in Texas and other states get the relief you need for safety and security right away. I have no idea what those affected by the cold are dealing with now. I do know what it’s like to deal with intense weather systems and how difficult and scary it can be to weather these storms. While my programmer continues to work on the new platform upgrades, I spent time doing a multi-level review of my internet capabilities and I discovered that I am having intermittent internet speed drops which may be affecting my ability to broadcast the higher quality cam show we are investing in. For that reason I have a technician scheduled to evaluate the connectivity on all levels. Unfortunately that appointment won’t take place until Monday (blame Covid, weather and who knows what). The good news is I should get solid answers on making everything work the way I need it to. I won’t be doing another live cam test tonight, but I will be doing a new pre-recorded cam show for you this weekend, so look out for that. As always your suggestions and ideas are welcomed. Thank you for your patience and please stay tuned as I will post the first available live cam date/time as soon as I can do it, and it may be a last minute update 🙂 In the meantime, #staypumped my friends. I’ll Be Your Valentine if you’ll be mine! To spite Covid and the work being done for my cam upgrades I was happy to be able to see you for a quick Pre-Valentines day cam test last Friday. Thank you to all of you who jumped on to help me test the newest features and who gave me the feedback we need to continue to adjust our new systems. I wanted to wish you a very good Valentine’s Day and it was great to be able to see you with the new chat component which went live last Friday (and hours before camera time). As you know we are not 100% done with the upgrades and there is more to come. I do hope you enjoy the love coming your way with my pre-recorded Valentine video and photo gallery. I will be shooting a pre-recorded show for you this week and as always I welcome your feedback and your special requests. Love D

My programmer is working hard to get us ready for a live cam show test tonight. He got the chat feature ready, so this time the cam will include chat. I’m a little bummed to report that the cam show software is not ready yet. DAMN! It’s going to take a little bit longer to pull all the work together and my programmer is on the job. I was hoping to be ready for our Friday Happy Hour tonight but we are not. BUGGER! Needless to say I am disappointed that I won’t get to chat and play with you on cam tonight so instead I am going to be doing my weekly cam show as a pre-recorded adventure. It’s Valentines Day Weekend and you know that means we need to make it V-Day SEXXXY! Look for my Valentines Day weekend gift to you, posting soon along with lots more photo sets and new videos. While the programmer keeps working for you, SO DO I! xo D

I was hoping to have the text chat component ready to test tonight but it’s not quite ready yet. HOWEVER! I would like to do a 2nd live cam test tonight. Please join me for a video and audio testing session tonight at 9pm ET / 6pm PT if you can! For those of you who have iPads, iPhones and other mobile devices this will be an opportunity to test your devices with our new cam module. Remember that this new process is NEW FOR ME TOO! Anyway, not all of the components are working and active yet so I won’t be able to see you or chat with you because that part of the new system is not finished yet. If you participate tonight you can email me about it. Warning, this is not intended to create frustration if things don’t go smoothly. The goal is to get your help with the new parts that are working as we push towards the finish line. You should be able to see video and hear me while I am broadcasting on any device you want so if you are game for a test run join me in my members area at 9pm ET / 6pm PT and let’s see how this goes. Thanks to everyone who could join me for last weeks live cam happy hour broadcast test. I spent more time working on new tests over the weekend and those tests along with your feedback really helped a lot. I’m really excited about our progress and I look forward to this weeks live cam show. We still have more work to do and my programmer is working hard and doing a great job!
