I’m working on my travel plans for this years Arnold’s Fitness Weekend in Columbus, Ohio during the first weekend in March. It’s getting close and I’m getting excited…and you know what that means 😉 .  Every year promoters Arnold and Jim make this event bigger and better. I don’t know how they manage to do it year after year but I’m glad they do. It’s an annual highlight and a fantastic way to kick off the new year. Yep, that’s me, surrounded by the kind of international female muscle you will find at this years Arnolds Weekend. I hope to see you there! 

My glutes and my legs are sore. I got back into the gym this week, starting on Monday with a back workout, chest workout on Tuesday and then Leg workout yesterday. In between I have been hiking the mountains so my entire body is tight and sore. Yummmmmmmmmm

This is a personal shout out to my lovely girlfriend and fellow FBB Maureen. Congrats on all of your hard work as you prepared for your first National Bodybuilding Competition this year. I had a wonderful day at the Olympia expo visiting with lots of friends and fans today and even though my feet really need to be licked and sucked and massaged <mmmm>, I’m looking forward to doing it all again tomorrow. The women’s competition was super exciting with Iris coming in harder and bigger then ever before. The top five finishers in the women’s bodybuilding competition where Iris Kyle 1st, Heather Armbrust 2nd, Debbie Laszewski 3rd, Lisa Aukland 4th, Yaxeni Oriquen 5th. I spent the day at the Europa Booth signing pictures, taking pictures and chit-chatting with my partners in booth crimes Cassandra Floyd and The Hulk himself, Lou Ferrigno (who was signing autographs right next to me). Well he did it! My sparring buddy Rick Collins made me proud with his www.LeapforLife.org  sky dive to raise money for The American Cancer Society. Raising money to help fight cancer is a Big Deal, jumping out of an airplane to show how committed you are to the cause is something entirely different. The news is great, Rick survived the jump, he achieved his fund raising goal and the money is still pouring in, so if you haven’t donated and have a buck to spare, please visit the site and make a pledge. I had a blast during my interview with Nick and Dave for www.RxMuscle.com. We had so much fun talking about how Muscle Elegance Magazine happened, my roll in the world of xxx female muscle and the size of my clit, that 60 minutes simply wasn’t enough time. I got great news last night when I found out that Angie Salvagno won her class and the over-all woman’s bodybuilding competition at the USA’s. With this win she earned a spot on the professional stage as the newest IFBB women’s pro. Woo Hoo Angie, way to go! The stage was lined with lots of awesome competition and true to his predictions, my friend and business partner Robert said that Angie would win the show after shooting her a couple of weeks ago. “The photo shoot we did with her was amazing, Angie looked great three weeks ago” said Robert. His prediction was that she would be unstoppable, and he was right. A gorgeous woman, with beautiful muscle… you gotta love it!   Need less to say, we are very happy  for her. Congrats Angie!  Big Hugs, Denise and the Muscle Elegance Gang!

I got into Las Vegas at about 5pm yesterday, loving the drive through the desert in my muscle car, until I stopped for gas and realized that I was stepping out of my car and into the heat of the desert. Tipping the scale at 106 Degrees in the shade, I new I had arrived. The coolest part of my journey was meeting up with my shooting crew and then meeting Lisa Steel. If you don’t know her know, you will know her very soon. She’s a gorgeous blond goddess from the UK or across the pond (if you ask her – smile). We are doing a full scale Muscle Elegance Mag.com and Denise Masino.com video and photo shoot with her and I just can’t wait to introduce you to her.  Stay tuned for more! xoxo Denise

I’m getting ready for my trip to Las Vegas next week for the NPC USA championships. I will be there shooting with Wanda Moore and Lisa Steel. I’ve never worked with either one of them, so I am very excited about next week. While I’m there I will also be rooting for Wanda, Angie Salvagno and Rebeca Armstrong as they compete at the show. Tight tanned muscles, and lot’s of luscious veins, all pumped and oiled up for us to appreciate. A lot of hard work goes into each and every day of contest preparation and these ladies deserve our admiration and adoration! Something I plan on giving lots of <wink/wink>
