I spent a good part of the day working with one of Florida’s hottest new female bodybuilders – Milinda Richardson. They don’t call this FBB the Black Widow for nothing. Confident, strong and very down to earth (just like I like my girlfriends), Milinda’s new Muscle Pinups feature is going to make you a fan.

Spent the day shooting the newest IFBB pro Marina Lopez. Like me, she won her pro card as the National Light Weight Champion this weekend in Atlanta. It was so much fun shooting Marina and getting to know her as we listened to her share her personal story and experience leading up to her big win this weekend. We spent the entire day shooting photos and videos and chatting it up, Muscle Pinups style stay tuned for her feature. We are going to see a lot from this hot Latina.

Congratulations to my buddy Marina Lopez the newest NPC Light Weight National Champion. Tonight’s National Championships win qualify her as our newest IFBB Women bodybuilder. When she gets here tomorrow, we are going to celebrate and take lots of amazing pictures too!

The Florida weather makes shooting and posing outdoors extra, extra hot, but that doesn’t bug me because the more pumped my muscle gets and the more I sweat, the better I think my muscles look. In the end, the perfect place for this photo and video shoot is my personal kiddy pool on the front lawn. Don’t you just love my fins!  The rest of the set just got posted to my members area here.

I drove into the desert last night to find the Las Vegas strip burning bright. After an afternoon of meetings at the Orleans (the official host hotel of the Olympia) I made my way back to my room to relax for the night.  The energy in this city is always electric but when the bodybuilders, fitness, figure and bikini competitors and their fans role into town, the Las Vegas strip lights seem to burn a little brighter. I just love watching the reactions on peoples faces when they find themselves surrounded by a sea of people built like Greek God’s and Goddesses. The Olympia 2010 has officially begun and it’s going to be a great weekend.
