I got a great workout in during my cam show yesterday and was delighted to see so many of my members could spend an hour with me on a Sunday. I think I will have to do more weekend cam shows and I want to thank all those who hug out with me. The muscle pumping felt good but the pussy pumping really topped the hour off for me. I’ve talked a lot about how much I love getting my massages and how having someone walk all over me feels so good I can’t live without it. My Thai Swiss massage tonight left me feeling like a tenderized piece of meat and even though there are some tense, deep breathing moments I have to get through, I always feel so much better afterwards. Training my body and flexing and tightening my muscles as I’ve done for so many years as a professional athlete means I really need to work on balancing things out. Stretching and massage therapy help me deal with scar tissue from training and helps to improve my flexibility as well as adding benefits to my future weight training workouts and pumps. Here are a few of the positions I find myself in during my massage therapy sessions. Tonight, I left the place feeling relaxed, with tingly skin that had the subtle smell of mint. It made me think of those York Peppermint Patty commercials!

I did a special Memorial Day cam show today and it was a tiny bikini challenge. My members got to watch me stuff my extra small bikini bottoms and tops full of Denise muscle and meat. I didn’t think I would get through the 3 bikinis but everybody wanted to watch me try to fit into them, so here are a few samples of the bikini’s I tried on. It’s Monday and that means you get a fresh start to a new week. Make it work for you by getting your workouts in this week. I had some fun this weekend with a few cheat meals and now its back to hardcore training and dieting with my Monday workout and a member cam show workout on Wednesday night.
