It’s Monday and that means you get a fresh start to a new week. Make it work for you by getting your workouts in this week. I had some fun this weekend with a few cheat meals and now its back to hardcore training and dieting with my Monday workout and a member cam show workout on Wednesday night. Be sure to mark your calendar and join me in the gym for a good sweaty workout this week and I will get you over the hump!
