Sit Still to get back on track :)

Denise Masino Can We Talk

It seems I may have over done it with work and training and I might have pulled a muscle that caused all kinds of unexpected problems for me this week. Apparently staying still is a good idea and not an easy thing for me to do, but I am trying and I am also feeling better. So that means no training for me for at least another week, (but I did get my cardio walk in this morning) and I am better than I was earlier this week. I hope you are all feeling well and doing well and thank you for your patience. Now back to work without moving to much! Love and Thanks! D
