This cartoon cracks me up because the truth is that sometimes solving problems almost always includes doing things you wish you didn’t have to do. And when the issues are complex and multi-leveled, it can be daunting. The fact of the matter is you just have to take one step at a time and that’s what I’m doing. So the comcast technician set up another new modem today and following more internet connectivity and speed tests I have also ordered a new ethernet adapter and cable. Upgrading equipment is all a part of the process of elimination related to solving problems that are complex!
