Ice is my🦶friend. And I’m thankful for the great advice I got from my friends on this healing process. This is the cryo/cuff in action. The goal is to keep my swelling down and to stay off my foot for the moment. Thank you all for your well wishes. I appreciate you all and look forward to hanging out with you again!
