As you may know, I am heading back to the Warrior Dash for my 6th annual mud run to raise money for St Jude Children’s Hospital. I will be attacking 3.1 miles of mud and obstacles with my team The Misfits 4 Life and I can use all the help I can get. So as luck would have it, today’s live member cam workout show did not fully archive to my members area. I think the afternoon hour I choose to do these shows are not agreeing with my code. I apologize for the annoyance and inconvenience. I know you want to watch me working out in my home gym and so I will do a new workout video in HD so that you can enjoy the workout motivation. Take a look at the Muscle Pinups and Miss Fit booth lineup of professional and top amateur women’s physique, figure and bikini athletes who will be dressed as super heroes on Saturday of the Arnold Sports Festival.
Last year we had our women dressed in costume as we promoted the filming of my new documentary film “Adventures of Miss Fit” and we also raised money for my annual St Jude Warrior Dash run. We got such a great response that we are doing it again this year, and this time we have news on the official release date of the documentary. A week from today I will be back in Columbus, Ohio for the 2017 Arnold Sports Festival enjoying the fans and the fanfare of the greatest sports and fitness show on earth. I’m excited to be celebrating 20 years of Muscle Elegance and Muscle Pinups productions, which could never have happened if not for the tireless work of my small team and our loyal and fantastic fans. Once again I am looking forward to meeting our fans at the Arnold Expo where I will be surrounded by great women bodybuilders who will spend time at our booth. If you can make it to the Arnold this year, bring your cameras and prepare to be charmed and inspired by the Muscle Pinups and the over 20,000 athletes competing in over 70 different events during the course of the weekend.
