Fighting a nasty cold that creeped up on me in a very sneaky way last week included juicing some very spicy and exciting ingredients yesterday. For anyone interested, I juiced 1/2 a Pineapple, 1 bag of Carrots, 1/2 of a large Raw Ginger root and 3 Large Raw Garlic cloves. I had a 1/2 cup serving a few times yesterday and although I can’t tell you that the juice is why I am feeling better today, I can tell you that the congestion in my chest is much better and I do feel much better. Stay tuned, I’m hoping to be back to 100% in a few days and look forward to doing my live cam show on Friday if all goes according to my plans! xo Denise
