It’s Thursday and it’s my Denise Masino web cam show and tell show tonight. The show is free to my members tonight at 9pm Et, 6pm Pt. I moved the show up a little earlier tonight for those of you who are used to meeting me a bit later in the evening, let me know what you think of the new time slot. Join me this evening and lets get caught up on this weeks news and hot topics. I’m bringing my Hitachi to the show, and I have more than one muscle that can use a good hard massage. This weeks workouts have been going really well, as I get back into the gym following 10 days off due to my travels. I took this picture at one of the hotels I stayed at and learned that bathtubs are great for stretching your legs and calves, after a good cardio workout session.
