My first shoot with Alicia Alfaro and the best way to break the ice was to introduce her to my Ken doll. We had fun stripping his clothes off, feeding him big nipples, sitting on his face and crushing him against our powerful biceps. That’s how I like to handle my boy toys and Alicia loved it too!

I went to see The Avengers last weekend and LOVED IT. My favorite characters included Robert Downey Jr. as Iron man (did I mention I love him?) and Mark Ruffalo as the Hulk (amazing actor). I thoroughly enjoyed the Black Widow with all her feminine power of persuasion but I have to admit that it was Iron Man and the Hulk that made me love the movie most. I don’t want to give anything away for anyone who hasn’t seen the movie, but my last comment about the superheroes was that I love Stan Lee for making his heroes so human.  My only complaint, is that I had a woman sitting next to me who squealed like Pee Wee Herman throughout the entire movie. I really wanted her to have fun, but she was making me a little crazy 🙂 For a super good time, take a friend and your family to see The Avengers. And watch out for Pee Wee Herman’s! 😉

I love surrounding myself with flowers, in-fact, I think every woman loves flowers and mothers day is coming up so be sure to get all the loving mothers in your life flowers. You’ll come out smelling like a rose!

As a twin I’ve lived my entire life thinking about my sister each time my birthday rolls around. And one of the things I like to do is find fun and sometimes irreverent Birthday cards. Here are two of my new favorites.

I had a wonderful Birthday and want to send a heartfelt thank you to every kind friend for all of your messages and loving wishes. I started my day in the gym, surrounded by my fellow workout buddies and then did my member cam show for a mind blowing (and crotch blowing) show. When I think about getting older, I think about growth and I’m very excited about continuing to grow in every way.  My evening ended with dinner, a dirty Martini and a movie (21 Jump Street)

I’m celebrating my birthday during my members, muscle cam show on Tuesday. I feel fortunate to have a great group of fans and members to share the celebration with too. The very best part of being a professional bodybuilder is that through my training and working out, I actually get better with age.

I got back from the Indio desert today, where I spent the last 4 days in 100 + degree weather sleeping in my teepee on the lake and listening to bands at the Coachella Music Festival. It was a wonderful weekend of making new friends and playing Cowboys and Indians. I’m not used to that much dry heat, as you know,  like my heat wet! 🙂

I’m all packed and ready to let my hair down in the desert this weekend at the Coachella Music Festival. I’m hoping to take a yoga class in the camp ground each morning before the music and shows begin. And I can’t wait to move into my Teepee. Follow me on twitter as I share. xoxo Denise

I’m making preparations for my trip to the Coachella Music and Arts Festival this weekend. Over 100 bands, including one of my favorite bands from Akron, Ohio, the Black Keys, not to mention Radiohead. My tent will be a Teepee and I look forward to sharing some pictures on the experience.
