You already know I’ve changed up my training routine for my up coming Warrior Dash 5k obstacle course for St Jude on October 27th, so you won’t be surprised to know that I’m doing push up and chin-ups. I have two weeks to go and I’m working my core and keeping it tight.

looking great denise, you’ll take on the warrior dash head on for st judes. you have really worked hard for this, but you are always in fantastic shape. you have just taken another step change for the dash and i am sure you have decreased the little body fat you may have and built additional muscle that you will need for the endurance. i will continue to follow you and support you on this important cause.

Wow, I had no idea my workout pictures would get so much luv and attention. I didn’t even post the nude chin ups on this blog. Those pictures are posting to the members area on Wednesday of this week I believe. Hmmm, something for me to think about. Maybe more sweaty workout pictures? xoxo D
