This weeks live cam show took place in my home gym and now you can watch the show in my members area archive library. I was so sore from a long hike the day before that I had to start the show down on the floor, stretching my tight muscles. Wow did that feel good. Stretching and squats, followed by naked squats (it got a little to hot in the gym), some more stretching and a big clit barbell hump, followed by clit pumping and my flesh light is what you have to look forward to.

I had a doctors appointment today to go over my blood work results and the doctor liked what he saw, but he did point out a slight deficiency in vitamin D3 and recommendation I go up to 5000 IU a day. Turns out most of us are deficient in D3 because of a lack of exposure to the sun. Here is a good article on the benefits of D3
