I had a lunch date with Lonnie Teper today. Lonnie is one of Ironman Magazines writers and a long time friend. We met at the Cheesecake Factory and talked non-stop for hours. In fact we had so much to catch up on, I dont remember eating lunch, but I do remember the banana cream cheese cake we shared. Yum! An hour and a half later my butt was in the gym training legs and working off my cheese cake 🙂 xoxo Denise

BTW, in the article, Lonnie mentions “Greg” ….But I won’t say anything more….;)
On a serious note, when I was more active in following the sport of bodybuilding, I remember Lonnie’s name popping up in my readings quite frequently 🙂 – He’s good people 🙂
