Im in the process of working out the details of our next big Muscle Elegance and Denise Masino.com shoot and I cant wait! Visions of strong women, hard bodies, heavy machinary and female athletic prowess are always dancing in my head. I like to stay in good shape year round but when I have a shoot or an appearance coming up, I always kick up the intensity of my diet and my training. Living in California allows me train at the gym, in the great outdoors or even take my horns into the bedroom for a heart healthy workout. No matter what your interest, theres always a way to workout and have fun too!
