As a life long advocate and promoter of strength training it is with great joy that I get to wish one of my dearest friends from the bodybuilding world a Happy 89th Birthday. I have had the great privilege to know Albert the bodybuilding legend and the great man. He works out at Gold Gym 5-6 times a week and he spends his time training others on the same training principles that keep him going strong. This is what I want to be doing when I am his age. I spent yesterday doing what could have been called “backbreaking” construction work to help my family with a home project. That was 7 hours of construction work and when the work was done I got a good nights rest and went into the gym to do my back workout this morning. By strength training I say no to allowing functional physical activities become impossible tasks because of aging and weakness. I love knowing that I could help myself when things need to get done and I love being able to help my family too. Keep moving friends and lets age up!

With summer officially arriving in just a few days, spring cleaning season is officially in its last few days! That means I’m working double time on all sorts of stuff that needs to get done. It makes fitting everything in challenging to say the least but I’M ON IT! I won’t be able to do my weekly live members cam show this week but I will return to my normally scheduled member cam show next week, so please mark your calendar and I look forward to seeing you during our next live member cam show on 6/28/19 at 9:30pm ET/6:30pm Pt.
