We are all bodybuilding fans and participant athletes in a sport that we love. Marco and Jany went out of their way to print these posters to hang in the gym we all train at and on this day the legendary Albert Beckles, Ric Drasin and I went into Marco’s place of business (The Camera Man) to sign them. It’s humbling to be around and included with such legendary people. I am grateful for the people I have in my life because of bodybuilding. Here we go again. It’s stressful to wait and watch the newest hurricane threat develop and take aim at Florida. I wish it would go out to sea where it could threaten no one at all. For everyone in it’s large and unpredictable path, it’s a prepare for the worst and waiting game. Some people don’t sweat it at all, but I remember Hurricane Irma and the devastation of Maria just a few years ago. If you are in the path of the storms please take care and I hope you and yours stay safe. I am not currently in Florida so I’m watching like everyone else and it’s stressful. To my members nothing should be affected on my site, my updates will go up as usual. Unfortunately I had to cancel this weeks member cam show, please accept my apology for the inconvenience. It’s been a roller coaster week for many reasons. I have had sad news with the passing of my uncle and good news all in the same week. This is life’s ride and I am grateful for it. It’s official, I am going to hit the pavement for St Jude in exactly 1 month from yesterday. I just lost my uncle to Cancer yesterday, but I can push back in my own little way. My team and I have been running for the kids fighting cancer for 8 years now, and as hard as it can be to do this work I feel so very blessed to have the ability and strength for it.
FOR LIFE… we run and walk and strength train and push back against sickness and disease for a good life. And my team and I aim to share those principles with as many as we can.
