The Arnold’s Weekend was full of athletes and champions from all over the world and from many different sports. At 125 lbs, Anton is a record holding bench press champion who was defending his 410 plus bench press from last year. In this picture he was collecting good luck kisses for his upcoming meet 🙂

I started training again yesterday and today I did a back workout with my buddy Dan. Tomorrow’s leg day and I have a funny feeling by the end of the week I’m going to need a hot tub and a hot oil rub down! 😉

I’m finally back in the office after being on the road for over 2 weeks. My in-box is loaded with messages and a stack of things to do but I love it all! After my week of shooting and the successful cam show tests I ran during the shoots (wow was that fun) and the Arnold’s Fitness Weekend I am pumped to get back to my projects. First and foremost, I got back into the gym today for a heart pounding workout. Second, I’ve pulled just a small sampling of images from the Awesome Arnold’s Expo. that I hope you will enjoy. I’m still on the road but I am heading home tomorrow. Yay! I love traveling but after being on the road for a couple of weeks Im ready to be home. Have you missed me? 🙂

It’s Sunday morning in Columbus, Ohio and the weather all weekend long has been almost as warm as the people in this city. The welcome to Columbus is always like coming home for the holidays and visiting with friends you love. I have lots of pictures to share on the weekend events and will work to get those posted as soon as I can, but for now I will report that on the women’s competition side of things, Iris Kyle won the Ms. International, Debi Laszewski looked amazing and was second and Yaxeni was third. I always have a great time on my shoots, but the last couple of days have been even more fun because I get to tease my members and chat with them during my shoot! I love getting your feedback and knowing what you are doing ;).  So today, I invite you to join me for another behind the scenes view of my photo shoots. My live cam is officially set up and working. Yay! I was able to open the live cam up so that members could watch my photo shoot oday. And, now that the cam is officially working, I look forward to going live during my photo shoot scheduled for 12 noon eastern standard time tomorrow.
