I went to my dermatologist today for a routine check up because my woman’s doctor suggested that I ” have my beauty marks looked at at least once a year”. And after a full body exam, my beauty marks are A O K. It’s a good thing because I happen to like my marks and I also happen to be very fond on the game connect the dots…with your tongue!
I had a hard time starting my car after letting her sit for two weeks, so I took her into the shop for some maintenance. My mechanic said, “Denise, a high performance, high powered car needs to be run”. I said, “Yep, I get it… its just like its owner”. Treat your car like you treat your body, regular checkups and let her run!
Halloween is right around the corner and I’m crazy with excitement. I know exactly what it is about this holiday that makes me want to cream my panties too!
I love reinventing myself and on this holiday I have the freedom to do it as publicly as I want to. As a bodybuilder I use my body as a creative form of expression. As a performer I enjoy bringing different characteristics of who I am to life and that’s why I love doing the shoots and videos and live cam shows and working with all of the amazing female bodybuilders and athletes that I work with. Even if you are not a trick or treater, dare to don something a little fun, a little crazy and A LITTLE WILD, and celebrate!

I spent a good part of the day working with one of Florida’s hottest new female bodybuilders – Milinda Richardson. They don’t call this FBB the Black Widow for nothing. Confident, strong and very down to earth (just like I like my girlfriends), Milinda’s new Muscle Pinups feature is going to make you a fan.
During today’s photo shoot I got pelted by a squirrel who was having breakfast in a tree right over my head. It was raining nuts and shells for over 15 minutes.
I had a special guest appear on my live cam show this weekend. Carmella Cureton is such a ham that I decided to find a way to turn the live cam on during her photo shoot. When I’m not in front of the camera I am always working behind the scenes helping with direction, filming and even oiling up the models. It’s a hard job, but somebody has to do it.
