To celebrate Christmas Eve I got up early, ran to the gym and did my back workout. I also went for a bike ride, had sex on my front porch and got to see a turtle laying eggs in my front yard. Now that’s what I call an awesome Christmas Eve. Happy Holidays friends. I wish you all the wealth that is good health.

I went to see The Black Swan this weekend and although the movie is very dark, I loved the performances in this movie a lot. My two favorite performances included Natalie Portman (as The Black & White Swan) and her artistic director played by Vincent Cassel. Many are talking about how erotic the film is and although it is sexually charged, I don’t know that there is anything earth shattering about the girl on girl scenes. Having said that, I will agree that both Natalie and Mila are beautiful women you just love to watch. In my opinion, the film is more disturbing than sexy and at times it’s so dark that I found myself annoyed.  I say that because, I am the consummate optimist who always looks for the light in the dark, even if it’s just a couple of small bright spots. I think that what the film does really well, with the help of Natalie Portman’s amazing performance is that it shows what emotional stress can do to the mind and the body. As a professional female bodybuilder I know what it’s like to be committed to an art form that speaks to creative expression and extremes. It’s a beautiful thing… so long as it’s pursued with some sense of balance.  So there you have it, my two cents on The Black Swan. – Denise

PS: I loved the makeup and the visual representation of the metamorphosis from White to Black Swan and from the light to the dark.

Today was another crazy busy day but the most exciting part of this day was my members live cam show. This weeks fem-muscle cam show started with me showing off my new world map and a lesson in geography, followed by a lesson in anatomy. The point of the cam lesson was to teach the crowd how to please a strong, powerful woman, and more importantly how to please me! I like to start my days working up a hot sweat before I hit the gym and then the office. Its been a productive week, filled with lots of roller coaster rides (and you know how I like roller coaster rides). Anyway, the weekend is shaping up to be pretty exciting as I gear up for some sexy holiday parties and pictures! Dear Friends, I’ve been on the road all week, traveling on business. Today was more of the same but in a very different way. I spent the day rolling up my sleeves and digging into all kinds of work that needs to be done and although I spent most of the day in meetings, I did have some fun getting my hands dirty on some mechanical issues early this morning. When I’m on the road getting to the gym is not always doable so working in the yard and under the hood makes for a really good substitute.
