Twist me, turn me, pull me, push me. Lay on top of me, walk all over me for fuck sake! I love it and I’ll be back for more! 🙂 That’s what I like to hear… but this time, I’m saying it 😉 I just got out of a 1 hour Thai/Swedish massage session and my body is still floating. My Sunday was a lazy one as I gear up for a busy week of work and training, I’m sitting home watching the Rock N’ Roll Hall of Fame show on HBO. OK so my day started off lazy and now I’m dancing around my living room in my bra and panties…Rock N Roll Baby, what a kick ass show!

I started my day with an intense walk yesterday and spent the rest of it working on my upcoming Greatest Hits Live DVD. A compilation of some of my hottest live shows ever means I have my hands full with goodies and so will you! 🙂  It’s Take On Tuesday!  xoxo Denise

We found an injured black crow in the yard this morning. Poor baby was trying to find shelter and was clearly having a problem with a wing so we picked it up, boxed it and delivered it to the local animal shelter where they said it looked like the bird might be just fine with some rehab. Filled with cats and dogs, this beautiful black bird was an unusual guest and magnificent to see up close. Tweet tweet 🙂

…means you are in heaven. That’s where I was last night when I was getting my mani/pedi. I sat down to get my primp on and before I knew it I was being massaged by three women… now that’s what I call service 🙂  Remember to take some time to pamper yourself. xoxo Denise

I did it, I created my twitter account and posted my very first tweet this weekend. Exciting huh? Not really. I’ve heard so many people complain about the silly stuff people twitter about, that I wonder what I should share. Hmmm, maybe I should tweet that I am about to take a long hot, steam filled shower.
