I spent a good part of the day working with one of Florida’s hottest new female bodybuilders – Milinda Richardson. They don’t call this FBB the Black Widow for nothing. Confident, strong and very down to earth (just like I like my girlfriends), Milinda’s new Muscle Pinups feature is going to make you a fan.

During today’s photo shoot I got pelted by a squirrel who was having breakfast in a tree right over my head. It was raining nuts and shells for over 15 minutes.

I had a special guest appear on my live cam show this weekend. Carmella Cureton is such a ham that I decided to find a way to turn the live cam on during her photo shoot. When I’m not in front of the camera I am always working behind the scenes helping with direction, filming and even oiling up the models. It’s a hard job, but somebody has to do it. Spent the day shooting the newest IFBB pro Marina Lopez. Like me, she won her pro card as the National Light Weight Champion this weekend in Atlanta. It was so much fun shooting Marina and getting to know her as we listened to her share her personal story and experience leading up to her big win this weekend. We spent the entire day shooting photos and videos and chatting it up, Muscle Pinups style stay tuned for her feature. We are going to see a lot from this hot Latina.

I went to see “the Social Network” movie this evening and loved it. The movie was so well written with fast, sharp dialogue and so well acted that I couldn’t believe that I had been in the theater for over two hours watching it. No one knows the whole truth about what motivated the f acebook creator, but this version of the story made for a compelling evening of entertainment.  And, can I tell you that Jesse Eisenberg’s performance as the ultra sharp, ultra sarcastic  Zucherberg is what made the movie a must see.
