The day started with meetings and quickly moved into a full day of filming and production for a new project. It was a super productive and super fun day and I’m officially pooped. Went to see Unstoppable tonight and loved it. The cinematic style and feel of the movie combined with the fast pace and the acting made this a real thrill ride. Denzel Washington, Chris Pine and Rosario Dawson  were fantastic as was the rest of the acting. If you are looking for a fun thriller, this is it.

I went to my dermatologist today for a routine check up because my woman’s doctor suggested that I ” have my beauty marks looked at at least once a year”.  And after a full body exam, my beauty marks are A O K. It’s a good thing because I happen to like my marks and I also happen to be very fond on the game connect the dots…with your tongue!

I had a hard time starting my car after letting her sit for two weeks, so I took her into the shop for some maintenance. My mechanic said, “Denise, a high performance, high powered car needs to be run”.  I said, “Yep, I get it… its just like its owner”.  Treat your car like you treat your body, regular checkups and let her run!

Halloween is right around the corner and I’m crazy with excitement. I know exactly what it is about this holiday that makes me want to cream my panties too!

I love reinventing myself and on this holiday I have the freedom to do it as publicly as I want to. As a bodybuilder I use my body as a creative form of expression. As a performer I enjoy bringing different characteristics of who I am to life and that’s why I love doing the shoots and videos and live cam shows and working with all of the amazing female bodybuilders and athletes that I work with. Even if you are not a trick or treater, dare to don something a little fun, a little crazy and A LITTLE WILD, and celebrate!
