Today was another crazy busy day but the most exciting part of this day was my members live cam show. This weeks fem-muscle cam show started with me showing off my new world map and a lesson in geography, followed by a lesson in anatomy. The point of the cam lesson was to teach the crowd how to please a strong, powerful woman, and more importantly how to please me! For those of you who couldn’t make the show, your homework assignment this week is to watch the archived cam post on Sunday.

On my way to do my private live cam shows today I just had to stop and play with with the fall leaves in the yard. While I did my shows, I had my lawn boy rake up my mess. I love fall!
I like to start my days working up a hot sweat before I hit the gym and then the office. Its been a productive week, filled with lots of roller coaster rides (and you know how I like roller coaster rides). Anyway, the weekend is shaping up to be pretty exciting as I gear up for some sexy holiday parties and pictures! Got out of the house and into the fresh air. I’m feeling much better and good enough to pack my healthy breakfast for the road and drive into the mountains. Not sure if I should have been playing in the snow but I couldn’t really help myself. One minute I was in the desert and the next minute I was looking at snow. The great outdoors does a body good. After two days of shooting some really cool workout material (with some really great people) for a new project that I can’t talk to much about right now (sorry), I got up this morning and headed to the gym for my arm workout. If felt great to get into the gym first thing this morning and gift myself a workout. I just love the look of some serious guns… Locked and loaded for another very busy week. xoxo Denise
