When I’m in a rush I jump into a shower but when I want to really relax I slide into a super hot tub. Last week was a very hectic week and by the end of the weekend I was ready for a slow sexy bath. Now all I need are your fingers working on my tight muscles 🙂  Yep, Im loving my tub!

Im am very sorry to report that we are still dealing with our server upgrade and that although we are 99% complete with our move and upgrades, the live cam show platform is not quite ready to roll just yet. That means I wont be able to do my scheduled live cam show this evening because the platform is not ready. And yes that also means that I will be allover my tech boys. It’s a good thing the gym is close and has lots of heavy machinery for me to take my frustrations out on, just think…it could be you I’m coming home to 😉

Ready to....

Server and design upgrades mixed with some crazy server glitches made this weekend a real roller coaster ride and I don’t like Roller Coasters!!!!  Having said that, we are back on track and I’m doing what I do best, training hard, working hard and playing hard. Three plus inches hard 😉

To celebrate Christmas Eve I got up early, ran to the gym and did my back workout. I also went for a bike ride, had sex on my front porch and got to see a turtle laying eggs in my front yard. Now that’s what I call an awesome Christmas Eve. Happy Holidays friends. I wish you all the wealth that is good health.

I’m doing my live cam show tomorrow and its going to be a Holiday party. You know that I love to flex my muscles in sexy outfit and I love to show off my fem powers. I went to see The Black Swan this weekend and although the movie is very dark, I loved the performances in this movie a lot. My two favorite performances included Natalie Portman (as The Black & White Swan) and her artistic director played by Vincent Cassel. Many are talking about how erotic the film is and although it is sexually charged, I don’t know that there is anything earth shattering about the girl on girl scenes. Having said that, I will agree that both Natalie and Mila are beautiful women you just love to watch. In my opinion, the film is more disturbing than sexy and at times it’s so dark that I found myself annoyed.  I say that because, I am the consummate optimist who always looks for the light in the dark, even if it’s just a couple of small bright spots. I think that what the film does really well, with the help of Natalie Portman’s amazing performance is that it shows what emotional stress can do to the mind and the body. As a professional female bodybuilder I know what it’s like to be committed to an art form that speaks to creative expression and extremes. It’s a beautiful thing… so long as it’s pursued with some sense of balance.  So there you have it, my two cents on The Black Swan. – Denise
