I started my 12 annual St Jude running intervals this week and I am super grateful for the sponsorship support I’ve gotten already. Thank you to everyone who has encouraged and inspired me to continue my annual goals for the kids. I did have problems with my foot following Mondays running so I will need to be very careful about how I approach this years running. Nope not ready for Halloween to be over and the rest of the holiday season to begin. I’m still trying to figure out what I want to wear for Halloween this year (haha) and the calendar doesn’t care if I’m ready or not. This weeks live member cam show had some internet interruption about 20 minutes in, but not to worry, the first part of the cam archive should go up later today and I will also post a replacement video soon. Please note that a mini 60 second clip is up and will be replace by the 20 minute show soon. It’s all in the occasional glitch fixing we need to do. Thank you for your patience. It’s National Coffee Day, and I love my morning cup of Joe, and especially when it’s Leg Day at the gym. Thank you to my fellow coffee lovers, who have sent me yummy coffee from Hawaii and Starbucks over the years. I enjoy the aroma, the flavor and the perky way my body and brain responds to each sip. Dare I say that this sweet bean has helped me and my brain believe in and work towards all kinds of possibilities. For those who enjoy it, Happy National Coffee Day.
