One of my favorite Iron Chicks sent me a link to this really interesting workout ball. She knows I love working out and she also knows I love fucking with balls. I immediately searched for it on Amazon so that I could put it on my wishlist and sadly did not find it. Recently a girlfriend shared an interesting fact about the clitoris that I didn’t know, but often wondered about. You may have heard me talk about my curiosity and fantasies about playing the male role in a sexual fantasy. I don’t know how many people wonder about what sex is like for the opposite sex, but I have thought and wondered about this many, many times, and so I did some research on her post and found some pretty stimulating facts about one of my favorite body parts.
1. It turns out that “The clitoris contains at least 8,000 sensory nerve endings. To put that into perspective, the penis has about 4,000 sensory nerve endings. That makes this tiny area on a woman’s body the most sensitive part of a woman’s erogenous zone. And while the clitoris is quite small (most but NOT ALL that is… wink/smile), its powerful sensations can spread across a woman’s pelvic area by affecting 15,000 other nerve endings.” And, unlike other sexual organs it serves only one purpose and that purpose is female sexual pleasure.
2. It’s bigger than you think…Only one quarter of the clitoris is visible. The rest of it is inside the body. The clitoris is made up of many different parts, including the clitoral head, the hood the clitoral shaft, the urethral sponge, erectile tissue, glands, vestibular bulbs and the crura (or the clitoral legs). Only the clitoral head and the hood are located outside the body.

You may not know how much you add. You may think it is small, but your impact is greater than you could realize. Every team member, sponsor and donor, every word of encouragement, every social media post like and share impacted this effort. We raised $18,580.00 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital this year. You all became Warrior Dash St Jude Warriors. In 3 years we raised almost $50,000.00 together and you became a part of the Adventures of Miss Fit as well. This bulletin board hangs in my office and impacts me every day. You have taught me a lot. 2015 is here but I realize that I can’t go into the new year without looking back at the last one. It’s the people, places and experiences, both good and bad that help to shape our lives and bring meaning to it all. Each challenge we face is an opportunity for growth (sometimes I have to say this out loud and as a reminder when things get really difficult). I have so many people to thank for making my life crazier, funnier, more beautiful and more meaningful. This is my MissFits 4 Life 2014 team. They have taught me so much and so have you. Thank you for the Inspiration, Thank you for the laughs and thank you for following us into the mud. MUD? Did we really do that again? Yes we did. We are the MissFits 4 Life.

I hope you all had a wonderful and restful Christmas and Chanukah. As we lead up to another New Years eve I’ve been home, doing my best to behave myself and rest and recover from a cold I’ve been fighting for a few days now. Rest, office work and movies have helped me pass the time at home. It was actually the perfect opportunity to watch some of this years Oscar and Golden Globe movie nominees. Four of the movies I’ve enjoyed the most included “Birdman”, “Whiplash”, “The Imitation Game” and “American Sniper”. All of these films had amazing performances, with fantastic casts, and as I think about them now, they all shared one thing in common. Each film included it’s own level of intensity and highlighted a fascinating view of what has to be called obsessive behavior in the pursuit of excellence. Enjoy!
