Denise Masino Projects
Dear Friends and Members,
I was forced to cancel and reschedule today’s member cam show due to delays related to a few of my current projects. Today’s cam show will take place on Saturday -Aug. 31 at 9pm Et, 6pm Pt. I am very sorry about the inconvenience this may have caused you…but I promise it will be worth the wait 🙂

Here is what I have going on and how it affects you. I have been working on a new tour and a new Denise Masino members area for my site for several months and we are only days away from making the change and launching the new and improved Denise Masino member website. I am very excited about continuing to share my love for female muscle erotica in this new, more interactive website experience. I have been sharing my work and my life with my fans for over 15 years and my excitement and connection with my members continues to inspire me to explore, create, grow and connect with you even more. I think you are going to REALLY LOVE the new Denise Masino experience.

I am also about to begin ramping up my second annual Miss Fits 4 Life, St Jude Warrior mud run team fundraiser. Last year I had a team of 18 people running with me and we raised $16,000 for St Jude Children’s Hospital. You helped us reach a rewarding milestone and this year I want to have a bigger team and I want to raise more money. I am inviting anyone interested in running with me to participate. If you are interested in getting muddy with me and my team let me know! 🙂
Either way, you will get lots of sexy hardcore training pictures.

Last but not least, my home improvement project is on the fast and messy track to being finished in the next few weeks and as soon as my new two-headed shower is ready, I’m going to have a party in it and you will get to watch me, live on cam getting dirty and getting clean!

Stay tuned for the official new site launch date and time.
Love and Gratitude
Denise

Denise Masino Challanges

I did a part of my workout at the beach this weekend. Testing the waters with some sprinting on the beach and wow do I feel it today! My glutes and my upper hamstrings are sore and I may have even pulled one of my hamstrings.

The cost of challenging yourself is always an unknown until you jump in and just do it – and that’s when you discover that YOU CAN!

Staying on track is Sexy

I’m back in the gym weight training full time and doing my daily cardio workouts. Mixing it up with different workouts keeps me stimulated and growing, but in order to continue my running I have to pick a new challenge. I am still not a fan of the running and for those who feel the same way I do, I recommend setting short term goals like a mud run you can do with friends and family and HAVE FUN! Talking about being healthy is not sexy, but working out is.  And, I will always be your cheerleader! In order to keep myself running as I lead up to my next St Jude Fund Raiser later this year, I will be training for the Gladiator Rock’n Run on June 8th. Join me for the health of it!

Happy Healthy 2013! In 2012 I challenged myself in ways that I have never challenged myself before. I gave up bodybuilding for 2 months and starting running and training in an effort to encourage others to be fitter and to raise money for St Jude Children’s Hospital in the process. The Warrior Dash, was the ultimate win/win challenge, and my fans encouraged and supported me from the start. Although I knew you would be there to support me in this personal challenge, I was blown away by the response I got.

With your positive energy and donations, I was able to push hard enough to surpassed my own expectations as a St Jude fund raiser and I ran my first 5k. Last week, I learned that I was the top individual Warrior Dash, St Jude fundraiser for the year, and, I have been invited to run in the Australia Warrior Dash on February 9th, 2013. Can you believe it?!

I did not accomplish this alone. I had an amazing partner and support team of fellow warriors who did this with me. It was the people who followed me and urged me on that made the real difference to me and my extraordinary team of heroes. I had 17 awesome heroes join me in this fitness challenge to raise money for St Jude, and you became a part of my team too. Together we raised over $16,100.00 for St Jude and I thank you from the bottom of my beating, pounding heart. It was my hope that we could improve our team’s health and fitness, as well as help the kids of St Jude — and we did it! Congratulations to us all!

So here we are on January 1 st, 2013, where each day brings about new opportunities  for growth and positive change. My members and fans have been instrumental in my personal growth and I am grateful for all of the inspiration you provide me with year round. In return, my goal is to inspire you to NEW HEIGHTS in 2013. I want to bring you along with me in my quest to a fitter, healthier YOU. I want to see you harder and more pumped up than ever! <smile/wink>

And, yes I know that change can be hard, but it’s worth it when you are defining, and affecting the change in your life — SO STRAP ON YOUR NIKE’S! 2013 is here and the time for growth and change and fitness is now! I’m going to be recruiting an even bigger team of St Jude Warrior’s and I want you on it!

We have not yet determined our next race, but I will be letting you know when and where it is.

September 25, 2012

I’m headed to Las Vegas for this years Mr. and Ms. Olympia competition and I look forward to spending time with all of my fans and friends at the expo on Friday and Saturday. Seeing all of the amazing professional women and men bodybuilders, and all of the fitness stars is always a thrilling and inspiring experience, but meeting the fans is where I get my biggest charge. Find me at the Europa booth on Friday, September 28th and Saturday, September 29th. I’ll have 8×10’s, and specials on my DVD’s and, I will be available for photos. For those who are traveling, be safe and for those who can’t make it this year I will be posting images for you following the event.
xoxo

Denise Masino – Fight or Flight

Author: Denise Masino
September 4, 2012

Dear Diary, I started running again last week in preparation for my October 27th Warrior Dash obstacle course run, to raise money for St Jude Children’s Research Hospital. I’m actually leading a team of Real Life Superhero friends – who, like me, want to challenge themselves to be fitter, and who also want to help sick kids get healthy. Pretty cool huh?
Did I tell you that I hate running? And that even though cardio is a part of my normal daily training routine, in over 25 years my training has never included running. So I’m challenging myself to do something I REALLY DON’T LIKE TO DO, hoping to inspire my friends to do the same, and trying to raise money for sick kids who don’t have a choice. They have to stand and fight because the option of flight is just not within their reach…YET!
For more information on how to be a part of my team, “MissFits for Life”,  or sponsor me by making a generous donation, please go to my page Active-ism.com and check out these awesome heroes.
