I want to let you know how much I appreciate your love and support for all these years. To thank you for the fearless luv, faith, fun and inspiration you provoke. For 20 years you –my members and my fans — have shared a lot with me. Once upon a time it was not cool to admit you loved women bodybuilders, but many of you stood with me and supported everything I’ve done. You supported my competitions, bought my magazine, my DVD’s, and my photos; joined my websites, sent me gifts and birthday cards; and you’ve supported five years of my charity fundraising efforts. You make me smile and help me to stay fearless and playful no matter what. You encourage me to embrace my misfit ways and remind me that life is a team sport. Thank you for an amazing and empowering 20 years!

I hope you had a good Friday the 13th! I had a lot of fun with my members during today’s live cam show workout, but wouldn’t you know it — the show was not fully archived. An internet glitch or was it a Friday the 13th thing? Regardless I want to thank everyone who joined me for the first live cam workout of the year. And for those who didn’t get in on the sexxxy muscle fun, not to worry, I will be posting an HD Video of what happened. Stay tuned! This will be very good for you!

A big hello and I hope your week is off to a great start. I am happy to report that I am feeling a lot better and I hope to be completely done with my cold in the next few days. Thank you to everyone who sent me get well soon messages, I really appreciate your well wishes. I got back into the gym today for the first time in over a week and it felt good! It’s always so much fun for me to hang out with my members on cam and to be a part of creating the sort of excitement life should always be filled with. My members make me laugh with joy and together we seem to be able to put the crazy awesomeness and yes, sometimes challenging bits of life in perspective. I’m sorry to report that I’m fighting a cold and I need to cancel today’s live member cam show.
I hate it when I can’t train and when I have to stay still. I’ve never been good a staying in bed unless I was there to have fun! I’m rescheduling everything on my agenda for this weekend and will reschedule my cam date and time asap. I apologize for any inconvenience. Grrrrrrrr!
