After months of work, planning and organizing details for the Arnold Sports Festival, you pull it all together and in the blink of an eye it’s all over. Then you get a cold & people ask you why are you sick Denise? LOL …And then the booth videos come out & TMZ missed it all. 
The truth is everyone works so hard to get to compete and to come to the show to share the love and enthusiasm for this life and love of sport. How great it is to be around such great people and energy. Catching a cold was worth it all!

Your people from around the globe bring you the gift of their time with a visit to our booth. And my Darkside Athletics family from Kentucky bring me some of the finest Kentucky Bourbon ever made, and they tell me that the orders are not to just look at this beautiful bottle. Months of work planning for ASF and the hours are long and you function on fumes. And you keep going because there are so many magic and fun moments. I have been doing all I can to allow my cold to work its way through my system. Lot’s of soup, tea, EmergenC, vitamins, minerals, raw ginger and the list goes on. I am also getting lot’s of rest so that I can get back on track in a big way. I have lots planned in the next few weeks and my date with the mud is fast approaching. The truth is I am a bit frustrated and getting bored with this process, but I know what I have to do, and I am slowly getting rid of this chest cold so watch out!  Now who wants to share a beer soup? xo Denise

Dear Members,
We are doing phase II of our necessary systems upgrade work. Tomorrow, Tuesday 2/20/18 between the hours of 10 am Eastern Standard Time- 10:45 Et am our systems will require a reboot and we will be off line for about 30 minutes. So I’m having equipment upgrades done and that always means you have to be ready for a few glitches and problems. It’s all a part of the process but anything that takes me away from my normal workout and member cam schedule always puts me in a funk. So let’s try this again. This weeks live member cam show will be an early Valentines Day show for all my sweetheart members.
