I did my 6th “Warrior Dash” mud run with my team the “Misfits 4 Life” yesterday. We raised a lot of money for St Jude Children’s hospital and I’m happy to report that everyone who did this run with us came out of the race safely and without any injuries. Stay tuned for some more fun muddy pictures from my weekend. The Adventures of Miss Fit continue!

So as luck would have it, today’s live member cam workout show did not fully archive to my members area. I think the afternoon hour I choose to do these shows are not agreeing with my code. I apologize for the annoyance and inconvenience. I know you want to watch me working out in my home gym and so I will do a new workout video in HD so that you can enjoy the workout motivation. Take a look at the Muscle Pinups and Miss Fit booth lineup of professional and top amateur women’s physique, figure and bikini athletes who will be dressed as super heroes on Saturday of the Arnold Sports Festival.
Last year we had our women dressed in costume as we promoted the filming of my new documentary film “Adventures of Miss Fit” and we also raised money for my annual St Jude Warrior Dash run. We got such a great response that we are doing it again this year, and this time we have news on the official release date of the documentary. Tonight’s live cam show was so much fun. I only wish that my new web camera would have solved the audio problem I’ve been having for the last few weeks. The cam archive to todays show is live for you to watch and I think you might enjoy it even though I did have sound issues. I am working on getting the issue resolved this week and look forward to hanging out with you again next week during my next live cam show.
